In accordance with The Brown Act, Mission Hills BID meeting agendas are posted 72 hours prior to the meeting.
Committee Meetings: The 2nd Wednesday of the month beginning at 3:00 PM the Meeting of Committees (Promotions, Economic Development and Design) will take place, followed by the Mission Hills Parking Advisory Committee, which will be followed by the Executive Committee.
Board of Directors Meetings: The 3rd Wednesday of each month beginning at 3:00 PM the Mission Hills BID Board of Directors meeting will take place.
Parking Advisory Committee: Parking and transportation matters in the Mission Hills business district are considered by the Mission Hills Parking Advisory Committee (MHPAC) which meets twice each month. These meetings are held immediately following the Mission Hills Business Improvement District (BID) meetings and chaired by the Mission Hills business representative to the Uptown Community Parking District board of directors. The role of the MHPAC is to reinvest parking meter funds received from meters within the Mission Hills Parking Meter District. The governing policy for the reinvestment of these funds is City Council Policy 100-18.
