After a late summer 2019 site visit by Uptown Community Parking staff, a City of San Diego senior traffic engineer and Mission Hills Parking Advisory Committee chairperson, of the Dove Street cul-de-sac, north of West Washington, we were hit with COVID and time limited parking ground to a halt.

Update to June 23, 2022:
A site visit of Dove Street by a senior traffic engineer from City of San Diego Department of Sustainability and Mobility and the chair of the Mission Hills Parking Advisory Committee resulted in ordering a parking duration study of Dove Street north of West Washington, about which complaints of lack of parking turnover have been received. Once the parking duration study is complete, traffic engineers will work with the Mission Hills Parking Advisory Committee to establish what parking changes will meet the needs of the adjacent businesses.
