District 3 Councilmember invites community members to share their priorities as planning is underway for the City of San Diego’s FY2026 budget.
The following information and opportunity was shared with the Mission Hills BID and Mission Hills Parking Advisory committee from the office of District 3 Councilmember Stephen Whitburn.
Those in the District 3 community, which includes Mission Hills, are invited to share their priorities in an online survey. From Parking, Transportation, and Mobility, to Homelessness, Infrastructure, and Public Safety, the Councilmember would like to hear what the community feels are priorites!

As we begin planning for the City of San Diego’s fiscal year 2026 budget, I want to hear from you. Your input is essential in ensuring our community’s priorities are reflected in the budget decisions we make.
I remain committed to investing in addressing homelessness, increasing housing, enhancing public safety, and improving our infrastructure. These priorities are critical to maintaining a strong, vibrant city.
I encourage you to share your thoughts on what you’d like to see prioritized in this budget.
