On behalf of the Mission Hills BID Board of Directors

January brings a familiar mix of energy and excitement for the year ahead. 

Thank you to every business owner for the work you do and the time you spend building places that are inviting, vibrant, and connected. You bring the extra to the Mission Hills Business Improvement District. Thank you too, to the generous community volunteers who give of their time and talent. 

In Mission Hills, the new year includes time spent with dearest friends and family at a favorite restaurant, coffee shop and retail venue. And, patrons, customers and clients who support the local small business community make our work worthwhile. Whether you own or patronize a neighborhood small business, we thank you.

Although we cannot guarantee success, we who serve on the board of directors’ endeavor to create conditions that help our businesses thrive through promotions, design and economic development. How blessed we are to spend our workweek at a business in Mission Hills and our volunteer time supporting our surroundings.

The Mission Hills BID board of directors, along with our Executive Director, take an active part in facilitating the evolution of individual business owners becoming engaged and active. We look forward to continuing to advance our collection of nearly 500 businesses through our work together in 2026!
