Committee Meetings
The Meeting of Committees (Promotions, Economic Development and Design) takes place the 2nd Wednesday of each month beginning at 3:00 pm. It is followed by the Mission Hills Parking Advisory Committee, which is then followed by the Executive Committee.
Board of Directors Meetings
The Mission Hills BID Board of Directors meeting takes place the 3rd Wednesday of each month beginning at 3:00 pm. Meeting agendas are posted 72 hours prior to the meeting.
Parking Advisory Committee
Parking and transportation matters are considered by the Mission Hills Parking Advisory Committee (MHPAC) which meets twice each month. These meetings are held immediately following the Mission Hills BID meetings and chaired by the Mission Hills business representative to the Uptown Community Parking District board of directors.

December 2024
The Mission Hills BID Board of Directors will not be meeting during the month of December. The BID office remains open and will continue to be working throughout the month.
The Mission Hills BID Promotions Committee, Economic Development Committee, Design Committee, Executive Committee will not be meeting during the month of December.
The Mission Hills Parking Advisory Committee will not be meeting during the month of December.
