President
Troy is a REALTOR® and broker/owner of the boutique real estate office, One Mission Realty. His background includes a degree in Industrial Engineering, which deals with the optimization of complex processes or systems. His professional mission is “to provide sales experiences worthy of your repeat business & referrals.”
Tom Curl
Vice President
Tom is a REALTOR® at The KenGina Team, Ascent Real Estate, Inc. in Mission Hills. He is a Residential and Condominium Real Estate Specialist. A resident of San Diego for most of his life, Tom is an expert in knowing the many interesting characteristics of San Diego’s diverse and eclectic neighborhoods. Tom is the Mission Hills BID “historian”.
Krista Lombardi

Krista is a REALTOR® SRS, CRS, CNE, CDPE at Scott & Quinn Real Estate in Mission Hills. She holds dual Italian and U.S. citizenships. Krista has been San Diego Magazine’s 8 Year Winner for Best in Client Satisfaction. In The San Diego Union Tribune’s “San Diego’s Best Of” she has been in the Top 5 REALTORS® during three of the last five years. She is also a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.

Chase is the U.S. consumer and commercial banking business of JPMorgan Chase & Co., a global financial services firm with operations in more than 60 countries. Neighborhood Chase banks serve approximately one out of every six Americans.
Trish Watlington

Trish is the owner and resident farmer for The Wellington Steak and Martini Lounge and The Red Door Restaurant and Wine Bar, both in Mission Hills. Trish is a passionate advocate for sustainability and educating the community about responsibly sourced food. She manages marketing, social media and community outreach for her businesses.
Terry Parks
Board Member
Licensed since 1976, Terry has been the owner of Terry Parks Washington West Hair Studio since 1982. He is a Master Craftsman Stylist specializing in “all things hair”.
Stuart White
Board Member
Stuart is owner of Stuart White Design. SWD brands architecture through signage and graphics and creates unique donor displays. Stuart chairs the Mission Hills BID Design Committee.
Anthony Nyikos
Board Member
Anthony owns Perfect Space, a web development business with a focus on building custom web applications.
Audrey Patterson
Board Member
Audrey owns Patterson Engineering, Inc. together with her husband, Curtis Patterson. Patterson Engineering, Inc. provides full structural engineering services for residential, commercial, and industrial projects and has been recognized statewide for its work in sustainable design. Audrey chairs the Mission Hills BID Promotions Committee.
