The Uptown Community Parking District is a non-profit public benefit organization contracted by the City of San Diego to reinvest 45% of the parking meter funds back into the neighborhoods of Bankers Hill, Hillcrest, Mission Hills and International Restaurant Row. The Uptown Community Parking District is guided by a board of directors representing each of the four neighborhoods.
The Mission Hills Parking Advisory Committee seat represents Mission Hills’ businesses. This seat will become available December 1, 2014 and is for a three (3) year term beginning December 1, 1014 and continuing through November 30, 2017. An election for this seat is being conducted for as follows:
