Mission Hills business owner, John Ealy, reflects on his restaurant in Maui destroyed by fire

John Ealy is owner of Harley Gray Kitchen & Bar in Mission Hills, San Diego

Local Mission Hills business owner and resident, John Ealy, owns Harley Gray Kitchen & Bar as well as several other restaurants, including Betty’s Beach Café, which was located in one of the many buildings recently destroyed or damaged by wildfire in West Maui, Hawaii.

In this interview and article with NBC 7 San Diego News, Ealy shares his experience while he was in Maui during the fires. He has organized donation opportunities scheduled for Friday, August 18, 2023 at his restaurants, including Harley Gray Kitchen & Bar in Mission Hills, where 25% of the proceeds will be dedicated to supporting those affected in Lahaina, Maui, HI.
