Mural Unveiling in Mission Hills on Goldfinch Street
MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 24 | 9:00 TO 10:00 A.M. | 4010 GOLDFINCH STREET
Mission Hills businesses and residents will celebrate the neighborhood’s spirit of diversity, love, and inclusion in a very visible way on the morning of Monday, Sept. 24.
Business owner and community leader Carin Canale-Theakston, in partnership with artist Drew Fehlman and local officials, will unveil a new work of public art in the heart of Mission Hills. The colorful mural communicates the importance of embracing individuals across all ethnicities, religions, cultures, sexual identities, abilities and ages. Please join us.

The new mural was unveiled the the Mission Hills Community on Monday September 24, 2018 at 9:00AM. The piece, by artist Drew Fehlman, commissioned by Canale Communications is titled “You Are Gold.”
