The 2022 Annual Meeting and Mixer took place November 2, 2022 at Kettle & Stone

Thank you to owner, Rina Porras of Kettle & Stone for hosting the Mission Hills BID 2022 Annual Meeting and Mixer! Not only was the space perfect, she and her Kettle & Stone staff went above and beyond in hospitality, food, and beverage. We appreciate their warmth and generosity!

Thank you to the many business owner members who joined us to hear about what the BID is doing and to mix and mingle with other business owner members, residents, and lovers of Mission Hills. Their participation helps facilitate business success in Mission Hills.

To our Special Guest, Mayor Todd Gloria, we are grateful for his willingness to say a few words and to respond to questions from community members. We are always happy to welcome our Mayor!

Every year during the Annual Meeting, elections for Board of Directors and Officers were held. Thank you to Michelle Munoz from the City of San Diego Economic Development Department for helping verify current business ownership and voting eligibility,distribute ballots and count the votes. Congratulations to Amra Mulic owner of All American Tailor who was elected to serve a three year term as a director, to Sarah Mattia co-owner of Pizza e Birra who was re-elected to serve a three year term as a director, and to officers who were re-elected to serve one year terms; Dixie Hall owner of DixiePops, President; J. Daniel Geddis of TeamD&B at One Mission Realty, Vice President; Jesse Zmuda owner of Backbone Floral, Secretary; and Jamaal K. Jackson of US Bank Mission Hills, Treasurer. Your time and talent help make Mission Hills BID a commercial core a worthy regional destination!
