On Thursday June 20, 2024 from 5:00 PM -8:00 PM John Ealy, owner of Harley Gray Kitchen and Bar located at 902 West Washington Street will be hosting the RED HOT HEROES Fundraising Dinner to benefit Mission Hills’ own Fire Station 8 and the Mission Hills Business Improvement District. A chef inspired 3-course menu highlighting seasonal ingredients is planned.

And, yes, Fire Station 8 firefighters will be having dinner with us!

Tickets

Tickets are $125* each. Individual tickets are available for purchase as well as tickets for tables of 2 ($250), 4 ($500), and 8 ($1,000). A bottle of wine per two tickets purchased is included in the price.

Silent Auction & Photo Opportunity

A Silent Auction and Insta-print Photo Opportunity will add to the fun and prosperity of the evening.

*Gratuity is not included. Gratuity for table service is appreciated. Your ticket price covers the cost of your 3-course dinner and a bottle of wine (per two tickets). Please review the FAQ section for additional information.

FAQ

If members of your party are purchasing separately, please provide the name(s) of your other party members in the order form after placing your order. We will make every effort to seat you together or as close as possible.

If you have a preference for inside or for outside seating, please state it in your order form after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Seating is limited at this fundraising event and is first-come, first served.

Seating is limited and parties of more than 8 may be split into more than one table. We will do our best to seat your party next to each other! Please create separate orders for groups larger than 8.

The $125 ticket covers the cost of a 3-course dinner and a bottle of wine per two tickets purchased. Tax is included in your ticket price, however gratuity is NOT included. We encourage you to tip your server! Any additional food/beverage purchases will be taxed accordingly.

Yes, please do! Gratuity is NOT included in the ticket price. The Harley Gray staff will be working hard during this event to make your evening memorable, so gratuities will be greatly appreciated.

A silent auction is being planned, which will include unique items and experiences. Red Hot Heroes attendees will be able to bid on the items throughout the evening. The winning bidder will be able to pay with cash or credit at the end of the event.

Doors open at 5:00PM. Dinner is served at 6:00PM.
