Meetings & Agendas

In accordance with The Brown Act, Mission Hills BID meeting agendas are posted 72 hours prior to the meeting.
Committee Meetings

The Meeting of Committees (Promotions, Economic Development and Design) takes place the 2nd Wednesday of each month beginning at 3:00 pm. It is followed by the Mission Hills Parking Advisory Committee, which is then followed by the Executive Committee.

Board of Directors Meetings

The Mission Hills BID Board of Directors meeting takes place the 3rd Wednesday of each month beginning at 3:00 pm. Meeting agendas are posted 72 hours prior to the meeting.

Parking Advisory Committee

Parking and transportation matters are considered by the Mission Hills Parking Advisory Committee (MHPAC) which meets twice each month. These meetings are held immediately following the Mission Hills BID meetings and chaired by the Mission Hills business representative to the Uptown Community Parking District board of directors.

Get it Done APP

The City of San Diego’s Get It Done app can be used by community members to report a wide variety of problems related to City assets, such as potholes, sidewalks and traffic lights, to issues related to graffiti, illegal dumping, and homeless outreach or encampments. Reports may be submitted online through the Get It Done website or by downloading the app directly to a device.

PROW Program

The purpose of the PROW is to optimize the growth and income of retail business and restaurants by allowing and encouraging the use of portions of the Public-Right-Of-Way between the curb and the adjacent property line. The PROW program will promote an environment that encourages pedestrian traffic and beautification of the streetscape. PROW programs are only allowed within the City of San Diego’s designated Business Improvement Districts.
