Road Closures and No-Parking Signs Saturday March 21 – Sunday March 22, 2026 for Mission Hills 5K and GOVX San Diego Half Marathon & 5K
Two events are scheduled to take place in Mission Hills during the weekend of Saturday, March 21 and Sunday, March 22, 2026. Local traffic and parking in Mission Hills may be affected, so please be aware of posted signage including road closures and no-parking signs prior to and during the events.

Mission Hills 5K – Saturday March 21, 2026
The 11th Annual Mission Hills 5K is taking place Saturday, March 21, 2026 at 8:00AM. The starting line will be at Grant TK-8, 1425 Washington Place, San Diego, CA 92103 with the finish line at Pioneer Park.
The Mission Hills 5K is organized in support of educational programs at Grant TK-8 School.
Please review the route map and be aware of all posted signage in the neighborhood for possible affects to parking and transportation on the day of the event.
GOVX San Diego Half Marathon & 5K – Sunday March 22, 2026
The Annual San Diego Half Marathon & 5K is scheduled for Sunday, March 22, 2026 with part of the route traveling through Mission Hills. Detailed route and timing information are available on the event organizer’s website.
