Members of the public who wish to weigh in on the San Diego Association of Governments’ (SANDAG) Draft 2021 Regional Plan Amendment and Environmental Report may do so at one of three upcoming oppotunitites.

Supplemental Environmental Impact Report
Open for Public Comment
As the lead agency under the California Environmental Quality Act, SANDAG has prepared a Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (SEIR) for the proposed Amendment to the 2021 Regional Plan. The Draft SEIR is open for public comment from July 13 through August 28. SANDAG will provide written responses in the Final SEIR to all timely comments received during the public comment period.
