
San Diego Temporary Outdoor Business Operations Permit
This afternoon, Tuesday, July 14, 2020, the City Council unanimously voted to approve the Interim Urgency Ordinance for Temporary Outdoor Business Operations (TOBO). This ordinance temporarily allows for the expansion of outdoor dining and retail into the public right-of-way, private parking lots and public spaces. ADA laws must be adhered.
